Our "WOW" Guarantee
Every blanket, throw, decorative pillow, Cuddly Buddies® product, gift, and sheet set that we offer on our site is covered by our “WOW” Guarantee. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it at any time by contacting our Customer Care team by email via this handy form, or by phone at 1-800-372-2018. Please be sure to have an RA number (provided by our Customer Care team) before sending a return.
Care and Feeding
We carefully test every one of our throws, blankets, pillows, linen sets, etc. Please always follow the washing and care instructions on the packaging/labeling to ensure durability and great performance.
What if I Want to Return a Berkshire Blanket Purchase?
Returns will either be handled with a replacement or a credit, determined at Berkshire Blanket's discretion. We don't always have the stock available for replacements.
NOTE: If your return was not purchased on our website (if it was bought at a store, from QVC, or on another site), we cannot accept it as a return. If labeled with our "WOW" guarantee, it is covered for any quality complaints you may have, but if you simply need to return or exchange it based on color, style, or other preferences, please contact the store from which it was purchased.
Returns of Orders Placed on Our Website
For replacement of products ordered within the prior 5 months, we will send you the replacement blanket, pillow, etc. (or a comparable one, as similar as possible to the original, if the original is not available) at no cost to you, with a return label for the original product. Please use the label to send the original product back (you won’t pay the shipping). If we don’t receive the original within 45 days after shipment of the replacement, the credit card used for the original purchase will be charged for the replacement product. You may not be notified before your replacement or refund is processed.
For replacement of products ordered more than 5 months prior, we must receive the original blanket, pillow, sheet set, etc. from you before shipping its replacement to you. We will send you a return label so that you can send the product back (you won’t pay for shipping). When we receive the product, we will send its replacement to you.
If the unsatisfactory throw, blanket, sheet set, etc., will not be replaced, we will process a credit for you in the amount of the original purchase, not including shipping. This credit will be returned to the credit card on which the order was processed, if possible. If too much time has elapsed since the original order was placed, the credit will be processed in the form of a check, and will be sent to you within 10 business days.
